WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE

HEY! We're really doing it! I'm so excited to spend your special day with you. This little questionnaire will help us get through your day more smoothly. Also, please send me your wedding day timeline as soon as you have it!

Quick tip: You cannot save it for later, so make sure you can finish it all at one time.

WHICH ADDRESS WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO SEND FINAL PHOTOS?
For instance: "my grandma made this veil" "my great aunt will be there, and I need a shot of her at the reception," "my parents got married here, and they did this shot"
For instance: deaths, family tension, divorce, disabilities, etc... Are your parents separated, but you still want a photo with just the two of them?
This will be any grouping you'd like for formal family photos. Every family is unique, so it is super helpful to have a list so we don't forget anyone. Having a list keeps family members from getting frustrated, and helps us move quickly. Each shot will take roughly 2-3 minutes (if everyone is close!). Keeping the list to as few as possible is usually best. Note, we can always snag shots with those distant relatives at the reception! Example List: Bride, Groom, Mom, Dad Bride, Groom, Grandma Betty Groom, Grandma Betty Full Bride Side Etc...
Is there a group of friends you HAVE to get a shot with? Maybe a large sorority/fraternity group?
Are the details especially important to you? Obviously, I try to get it all, but in the rush of a wedding day, sometimes I miss one or two things! I like to double check to ensure we make room for those shots in the timeline. Do you want shots of the food? (some people love it, some people could care less!) Is there more than one entrance to the venue that will be decorated?
Example: elderly grandparents, friends/family coming in from another country.
I would love to credit everyone who worked on your big day!
My main goal of the day is to be as thorough as possible. I have the basics down (first kiss, bridal party, his reaction, etc..)!
Anything I missed?
